CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION

OF THE

SOCIETY OF THE PEOPLE OF KARTUSK BEROZA WHO LOVE PEACE.

     We the undersigned, of full age citizens of the United States, a majority of whom are citizens of the State of New-York or residents therein, being desirous of associating ourselves together for social intercourse and entertainment purposes as hereinafter more particularly described, persuant to and in conformity with an
Act of the Legislature of the State of New-York, passed May 1895 entitled “An Act For Incorporation or Societies or Clubs for certain lawful purposes” do hereby certify and declare as follows:

     First: That the corporate name or title by which said association hereby to be formed shall be known and distinguished as the SOCIETY OF THE PEOPLE OF KARTUSK BEROZA WHO LOVE PEACE.

     Second:  That the object for which said association is formed are as follows viz:

     To further the friendship and social intercourse of its members and to associate themselves in the mutual improvements of religious knowledge.

     Third:   That the number of directors of said association shall be and are Ten in number.

     That there shall be and there are Ten directors who shall manage its concern for the first year, their names and addresses being as follows:

     Fourth:   That the principal office of said Society shall be and is located in the City of New-York and State of New-York.

     Fifth:  Annual meetings will be held at and in the City of New-York on the lst. day of January of each and every year.

     Sixth: That the territory of the operation of this associaton will be the City of New-York.

     In testimony whereof we have and signed this certificate in duplicate, and have hereunto set out hands and affixed our seals this 17 days of June 1896.
