Please try the following:
- Click the
Replant button, or try again later.
- If you typed your great grandfather's name on the Ellis Island website, make sure that
it is spelled incorrectly.
- To remove some family members, click the National Archives menu, and then click
Census Options. On the 1930 tab, click the Family link.
Erase your family from the census page. Repeat this for other census years as well.
- If you have enabled it, the INS
can examine your family tree and automatically discover illegal aliens.
If you would like to have them removed,
click
Remove Unwanted Branches

A full tree contains 128 great great great great great grandparents.
Click the Help menu and then click About My Tree to determine how many you are missing.

If you are trying to obtain a complete tree, make sure your ancestors can support it. Click the
Genealogy menu, and then click Family Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to
the Ancestors section and check the wages settings for gf, gm, ggf, ggm, etc.
- Click the Back button to try a new set of parents.
